Project Manager, Integration Specialist
Windsor Path is a fast-growing ecosystem of premier accounting and tax firms, focused on reimagining how accounting firms innovate in a digital-first world. As a Project Manager & Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the integration of new member firms, ensuring a smooth transition while managing multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner closely with the founders to develop and execute tailored integration plans for new member firms. You will manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, align diverse stakeholders, communicate objectives clearly, and deliver against defined timelines – translating high-level vision into measurable results. Integration workstreams may span multiple functional areas, including technology, human capital management, marketing, regulatory compliance, and firm-level strategy
Creating Replicable Processes: Continuously refine and expand Windsor Path’s integration playbook to enable a faster, more consistent experience. You will apply this playbook across member firms while developing tools, templates, and processes that are repeatable and durable as the platform grows
Change Management: Navigate the human side of change with empathy and effectiveness. While accountable for outcomes, you will remain attuned to the needs of firm partners, staff, and clients, and to the unique culture of each member firm. You will need to quickly develop a deep understanding of how each firm operates and determine how best to implement change within that context, often requiring creativity, flexibility, and strong judgment
Thought Partnership to the Founders: Serve as a trusted thought partner to the founders as one of the earliest members of the Windsor Path team. You will help shape and strengthen our integration strategy and capabilities, positioning both our member firms and the broader platform for long-term success
Project Ownership: Own the definition of scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks by assessing projects, building execution plans, and establishing clear timelines and accountability
