Responsibilities
Analyzing customer requirements and developing a compliance matrix for both hardware and software
Leading system development using FCE tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS
Establishing internal requirements and interpreting/analyzing customer requirements
Logging all technical issues in a unified issue tracking list
Managing engineering changes through the change control process
Coordinating cross-functional reviews
Ensuring system engineering processes align with FCE best practices and GTS standards/guidelines, including ergonomics, ASPICE, and ASIL standards
Releasing system engineering documentation
Qualification
Required
3-5 years minimum experience as a Requirements Engineer
Analyzing customer requirements and developing a compliance matrix for both hardware and software
Leading system development using FCE tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DOORS
Establishing internal requirements and interpreting/analyzing customer requirements
Logging all technical issues in a unified issue tracking list
Managing engineering changes through the change control process
Coordinating cross-functional reviews
Ensuring system engineering processes align with FCE best practices and GTS standards/guidelines, including ergonomics, ASPICE, and ASIL standards
Releasing system engineering documentation
Strong understanding of System/Software Engineering fundamentals and concepts
Working knowledge of vehicle architecture, communication protocols (CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet), diagnostic protocols, vehicle dynamics, and interfaces
Technical skills in both electrical and software fields
Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred
Experience with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)
