Responsibilities
Defining and tracking vertical-specific KPIs
Optimizing the growth funnel, pre- and post-sales
Building scalable process playbooks for sales, underwriting, or support
Designing and running experiments to drive growth and revenue
Analyzing purchase, transaction, or payment data to inform business decisions
Conducting customer interviews and partnering with Engineering to translate insights into product improvements
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience in management consulting, strategy at a high-growth startup, or a highly analytical role
Strong signal backgrounds include MBB, Investment Banking, or strategic roles at top late-stage startups (e.g., DoorDash, Uber)
Experience leaning toward strategy, finance, operations, or analytics
Advanced proficiency in Excel, deck-building, and project management
High-ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently
Preferred
Degree from a top 30 university
SQL and complex data analysis experience is a plus
Prior experience leading initiatives or influencing stakeholders is a plus (this is not a people manager role)
