Responsibilities
Own and administer the NetSuite ERP platform end-to-end
Lead NetSuite configuration, customization, workflows, and development (SuiteFlow / SuiteScript)
Partner with the business on optimization initiatives, including: Demand planning, Procurement, Inventory and supply chain processes, Order-to-cash and financial workflows
Oversee and support EDI integrations and tools such as RF-Smart
Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite vendors, partners, and consultants
Manage internal IT ticketing and coordinate with an external Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Ensure systems are stable, secure, well-documented, and scalable
Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement and automation
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator (development experience strongly preferred)
Comfortable owning both functional and technical NetSuite responsibilities
Experience supporting EDI environments and warehouse tools (RF-Smart a plus)
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, PE-backed growth environment
Preferred
Background in distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain environments preferred
Experience managing or partnering with IT MSPs
