New Grad, Entry LevelOptomi is seeking a junior-level Target Analyst to support digital tagging, experimentation, and analytics efforts across their web platforms. This role involves assisting with A/B tests, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with various teams to translate business requirements into tagging and testing needs.

Responsibilities
Support implementation, QA, and maintenance of digital tagging across web experiences
Assist with A/B tests and personalization initiatives, including setup, validation, and analysis
Work with analytics tools to validate data accuracy and troubleshoot tracking issues
Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into tagging and testing needs
Help monitor experiment performance and support basic analysis and reporting
Use browser developer tools to inspect page elements, events, and tag behavior
Document tagging logic, test setups, and findings clearly for cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Beginner-level knowledge of HTML and CSS
Beginner-level understanding of JavaScript (reading/debugging basic scripts and events)
Experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar)
Exposure to A/B testing or personalization, either from a technical or business perspective
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
Natural curiosity and desire to understand how websites, data, and user behavior connect
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Adobe Target
Experience using Adobe Analytics
Familiarity with tag management systems (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.)
Experience validating or debugging tracking implementations
