Responsibilities
Review and analyze store imagery
Validate automated outputs
Apply consistent tagging and notes to ensure accurate, reliable data for reporting and downstream deliverables
Provide Help Desk support for external users by monitoring the support queue
Resolve common access and workflow issues
Document solutions and escalate bugs or data problems to internal teams with clear context and reproduction details
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (associate/bachelor's a plus)
1+ year experience in operations, data entry/quality review, retail support, customer support, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and consistency when following tagging/QA standards
Comfortable working in ticketing/queue-based workflows and meeting response/throughput expectations
Clear written communication skills (can summarize issues, steps taken, and outcomes)
Basic technical troubleshooting ability (logins, permissions, browser/app issues, file uploads)
Proficiency with common tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office: Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, email, chat)
Ability to prioritize tasks, switch contexts quickly, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience reviewing images for QA purposes (audit, compliance, annotation, moderation, or similar)
Familiarity with retail environments (planograms, fixtures/shelves, merchandising, signage, inventory concepts)
Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, ServiceNow) and creating clear escalations
Comfort working with structured data (CSV exports, dashboards, basic reporting) and identifying anomalies
Experience working with AI-assisted tools or validating automated outputs
