Responsibilities
Own QSR partner onboarding and readiness, ensuring menus, pricing, SLAs, and configurations are accurate and customer-ready at launch
Lead demand generation and growth strategy for QSR partners, partnering closely with Marketing, CX, and Business Development to drive adoption and volume
Design and run growth experiments across pricing, promotions, rewards, and UX to test what drives customer behavior and improves unit economics
Measure performance and scale wins, translating test results into repeatable growth playbooks
Partner on co-marketing initiatives with QSR brands to drive awareness, trial, and repeat usage
Converts signed QSR partners into real, repeatable customer demand, not just logos
Accelerates learning velocity by systematically testing and scaling growth levers
Improves customer adoption and engagement through disciplined pricing, promo, and UX optimization
Builds a repeatable partner activation model that can scale across brands and markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 6 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
8 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
3 years' supervisory experience
Preferred
Master's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
Experience with assistive technologies
Knowledge of accessibility best practices
