Support benefit setup, plan changes, renewals, and new implementations
Review and validate benefit designs for accuracy and compliance
Run standard and customized reports (Excel-focused)
Track requests, timelines, and deliverables
Perform QA, system testing, and validation prior to go-live
Research and resolve benefit and operational issues
Follow SOPs and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
0–2 years of healthcare or PBM experience preferred
Strong Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
PBM / pharmacy benefits experience
Benefit configuration or operations support background
