Field Services Engineer
The Judge Group is seeking a Field Services Engineer responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues for clients. This role requires strong analytical abilities and clear communication skills, involving remote support and regular onsite visits to customer locations.

Responsibilities
Provide timely, high-quality customer service onsite, over the phone, and online
Record issues, solutions, and time using the internal ticketing system
Take ownership of technical problems and collaborate with development teams when needed
Perform mechanical, electrical, and computer-related diagnostics and repairs
Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical systems
Install and commission machinery at customer sites
Maintain strict safety standards for both internal teams and customers
Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
Identify product improvement opportunities and collaborate with internal teams
Perform mechanical tasks (assembly, hand/power tools, onsite work)
Conduct electrical tasks (multimeter use, fault-finding, reading schematics, PLC experience)
Work independently and collaboratively with management, employees, and suppliers
Apply strong computer skills; C++ programming experience is a plus
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics preferred)
Valid driver's license for the state/country of operation
Valid passport or ability to obtain one
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
Preferred
Electrical certification or ticket
Experience servicing or maintaining automated machinery
Customer service experience
