Responsibilities
Lead all electrical work associated with TBM and tunnel operations, including power distribution, lighting, controls, instrumentation, and equipment hookups
Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of tunnel electrical systems to meet schedule and quality requirements
Supervise electricians, foremen, and craft labor across multiple shifts
Coordinate with project management, engineering, and safety teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety programs, and regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot complex electrical and control issues related to tunneling equipment and site systems in real time
Interface with owners, inspectors, and senior leadership on progress, risks, and performance
Ensure all work aligns with stringent quality, safety, and schedule expectations for large-scale tunneling projects
Qualification
Required
Experience as an Electrical Superintendent
TBM tunneling experience
Ability to oversee all electrical systems on major tunnel projects
Experience managing critical underground electrical installations
Ability to lead all electrical work associated with TBM and tunnel operations
Experience with power distribution, lighting, controls, instrumentation, and equipment hookups
Ability to oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of tunnel electrical systems
Experience supervising electricians, foremen, and craft labor across multiple shifts
Ability to coordinate with project management, engineering, and safety teams
Experience troubleshooting complex electrical and control issues related to tunneling equipment
Ability to interface with owners, inspectors, and senior leadership
