Responsibilities
Develop automation scripts to extract metrics from Vivado implementation runs
Automate collection of timing, utilization, and quality metrics using TCL & Python
Extract and transform FPGA tool data for analytics and reporting
Integrate metrics into existing data pipelines / databases / data lakes
Support and enhance FPGA constraint and automation scripts
Collaborate with internal engineering and vendor teams
Extend automation to additional FPGA platforms and legacy flows
Qualification
Required
FPGA EDA Tools - Vivado/AMD or Quartus/Altera - 3+ years
Proficiency in Python - 3+ years
Proficiency in TCL for FPGA EDA Automation - 3+ years
Hands-on experience with Vivado (AMD/Xilinx) and/or Quartus (Intel/Altera)
Strong scripting expertise in Python and TCL
Solid understanding of FPGA implementation flows
Timing analysis & timing closure
Utilization and build quality metrics
Experience extracting and analyzing FPGA tool reports
Preferred
TCL scripting experience in Quartus
Experience with CI/CD-driven FPGA builds
Exposure to large-scale or production FPGA infrastructures
Collaboration with FPGA vendor engineers
Experience working on large FPGA designs and complex implementations
