Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for broadcast systems installations, upgrades, and migrations (e.g., control rooms, studios & technical spaces)
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation models
Coordinate and manage internal engineering teams, external vendors, contractors, and client stakeholders
Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and identify/mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Maintain detailed project documentation, including specifications, change orders, status reports, and final handover documentation
Possess a working knowledge of modern broadcast technologies (e.g., IP video/SMPTE 2110, cloud-based systems, baseband infrastructure, asset management)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing technical projects, with at least 3 years specifically focused on broadcast, A/V, or media technology systems integration
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification
Strong understanding of core broadcast and IT infrastructure concepts (e.g., routing, signal flow, networking, storage)
Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Expert proficiency with project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, AutoCAD, Jira) and standard office productivity tools
Preferred
Experience with IP-based broadcast solutions (SMPTE 2110, NDI, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud media workflows (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
