Required

5+ years of hands-on software development using C# and .NET
Proven experience with Telerik and/or .NET MAUI
Strong experience with dynamic, variable-based CSS (CSS custom properties, runtime styling)
Hands-on expertise building Razor Class Libraries (RCLs) for reusable, modular UI components
Proven ability to design consistent, configurable, reusable Blazor UI controls using Telerik UI for Blazor
Experience developing RESTful Web APIs
Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean architecture
Experience applying application security best practices
Proficiency with Dapper micro-ORM (custom mapping, multi-mapping, stored procedure integration)
Strong T-SQL skills (complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
Ability to leverage AI tools to boost productivity in coding, documentation, testing, and refactoring
