Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex UiPath automation solutions
Develop, enhance, test, and maintain UiPath bots using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
Migrate and modernize existing RPA codebases to support Oracle C2M (v2.6+)
Serve as the primary RPA SME , bridging business requirements and technical solutions
Drive the end-to-end RPA lifecycle , including design, development, monitoring, deployment, and continuous improvement
Define and enforce RPA coding standards, frameworks, and documentation practices
Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and security controls
Integrate UiPath automations with enterprise systems using SOAP/REST APIs and SOA principles
Collaborate with business, IT, and customer service teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
Mentor junior developers and guide teams on advanced UiPath features and best practices
Monitor bot performance and proactively optimize automation efficiency and reliability
Support testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production support activities
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development
Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and advanced activities
Proven experience integrating UiPath automations with Oracle Customer to Meter (C2M) v2.6 or higher
Experience automating Oracle To-Dos and utility customer service workflows
Strong understanding of utilities domain processes such as meter-to-cash, billing, and customer service operations
Experience with SOAP/REST web services, APIs, and SOA-based integrations
Solid background in solution architecture, reusable components, and design patterns
Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Equivalent professional experience may be considered
Preferred
Experience in utilities or public sector environments
Knowledge of automation governance, performance optimization, and security best practices
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
