Responsibilities
The Business Intelligence Analyst conducts internal and external research and creates reports to be used by lawyers, practices, offices, regions, industries, and Firm management
The objectives of the Business Intelligence department are to provide lawyers with a better external understanding of clients and prospective clients, their businesses, and the issues that are important to them; a better internal understanding of existing clients and the nature, volume, and types of work that we are performing; and a better understanding of the markets in which we are doing business, both mature markets and emerging markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (library/information science, informatics, or a related analysis-oriented field preferred)
Minimum five (5) years of experience in a business and/or professional services environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong knowledge of company and market information resources, such as S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, Bloomberg Law, etc
Preferred
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a legal environment preferred
