Responsibilities

Lead and drive the end-to-end solution development and proposal response team and process to a positive outcome for Sanmina and our customers
Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability to ensure the solution is delivered to the customer’s needs and requirements
Work with teams to develop high quality, professional proposals that include targeted customer value-propositions, competitive market-based pricing and corresponding terms and conditions, and illustrate Sanmina’s expertise
Communicate Sanmina’s solution effectively and professionally with senior executives, sales leadership, and with clients
Gather data, obtain team inputs, create financial models and other analysis to support decision making and approvals
Help develop and improve content and seek ways to improve the end-to-end solutioning process
Be a flexible team player. Availability for travel, both domestically and internationally, as needed

Required

B.S. or B.A., track record of academic achievement
Requires 4-6 years of field sales, program or project management experience
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
Uses professional experience to achieve objectives in creative and effective ways
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Deadline-oriented with excellent time management skills; ability to set priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Strong sense of work ownership
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in all proposal and presentation production software platforms, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred

Electronics Manufacturing Services industry, Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Supply Chain experience is preferred
Beneficial to understand sales development processes
