Foundry Engineer - Simulation

Responsibilities
Apply Magma simulation software to analyze and optimize casting processes for improved yield and reduced defects
Generate detailed 3D models and drawings using Creo modeling software to enhance component design and manufacturability
Participate in cross-functional discussions to integrate simulation and modeling outcomes into production workflows
Assist in interpreting simulation results and translating them into actionable insights for process improvement
Qualification
Required
Experience in Creo or other modeling software
Basic understanding of materials properties and manufacturing processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Foundry Process and tooling experience
Familiarity with Magma simulation software (or similar)
Strong interest in casting processes, simulation, and 3D modeling
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
