The role involves providing end-to-end functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and continuous improvement of Oracle Fusion ERP modules and related applications.

Responsibilities
Act as a key functional analyst for Oracle Fusion ERP – Finance & SCM
Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA
SCM: PO, Inventory, OM, Procurement
Troubleshoot ERP modules, workflows, and business rules in partnership with business users
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Configure ERP modules and perform functional testing for enhancements and implementations
Design, build, and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports
Develop and manage FBDI templates for bulk data uploads
Customize and manage document templates using BI Publisher & Template Loader
Perform UAT , regression testing, and support upgrades/patches
Maintain ERP procedures, scheduled jobs, and transaction console error resolution
Train users on SmartView, OTBI , and ERP best practices
Create functional documentation, quick reference guides, and training materials
Support RBAC, security design, and role provisioning
Participate in after-hours support during vendor updates/upgrades (as required)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in an Oracle ERP functional support role
3+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience (slight flexibility possible)
Strong hands-on experience with OTBI reporting
Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Experience working in matrixed reporting environments
