They are seeking a Process Improvement Engineer / Operations Systems Analyst to support and improve warehouse and IT asset processing operations through hands-on involvement and process analysis.

Responsibilities
This role is intentionally hands-on in the warehouse. To improve our processes, you must first learn and perform the work yourself. You’ll spend a significant portion of your time participating directly in daily operations, not observing from a distance
Work alongside warehouse technicians performing:
Sorting and classification of IT assets
Basic hardware handling and routing
Following and executing existing workflows and SOPs
Learn each step of our warehouse processes by doing the work, not just documenting it
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, errors, or unclear steps while performing the tasks
Suggest and help implement improvements once processes are fully understood
Help standardize workflows as the operation grows and changes
Assist supervisors with training, documentation, and rollout of improved processes
Gradually take on leadership responsibilities as you gain operational knowledge
Support reporting on productivity, accuracy, and throughput once grounded in the work
Qualification
Required
Background in Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or Operations
Ability to work hands-on in a warehouse environment daily
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to operate forklifts/pallet jacks
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn
Preferred
Recent college graduates
Candidates with MIS, IT, analytics, or business degrees
Individuals looking to break into operations, IT, or systems-focused roles
People who prefer learning by doing and want a clear growth path
