Responsibilities
Lead the entire post-sale journey, from high-touch onboarding to long-term account management and technical support
Deeply understand our customers' organizational structures to help them improve engineering outcomes
Diagnose complex issues across cloud infrastructure (GCP) and our internal systems; reproduce bugs and create actionable reports for the core engineering team
Don't just report bugs—fix them. You’ll submit small PRs for documentation, configuration changes, and simple code fixes
Partner directly with our founders (CEO and CTO) to translate customer feedback into product roadmap and strategy
Join at the ground floor of a YC-backed startup that is already seeing double-digit month-over-month growth
Work directly with founders who have scaled teams from $0 to $30M ARR and have deep roots in the engineering community
You will have real autonomy and the authority to shape our customer success function from scratch
Qualification
Required
Management Experience: You have previously held a Product Management or Engineering Management role
Technical Foundation: A background in Software Engineering, DevOps, or a similar technical field is required
Code Literate: You are comfortable reading/writing code and confident making PRs in GitHub
Expert Communicator: You can navigate intense situations with customers and explain complex technical concepts with clarity
Proactive Mindset: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment where you own the results
Preferred
Experience working with developer tools or B2B SaaS products
Previous experience in Technical Support or Solutions Engineering
