Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administrative support to senior executive leadership
Proactively manage very active calendars, resolve conflicts, and prioritize meetings
Coordinate domestic & international travel, expenses, and invoices
Plan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, leadership sessions, and seminars
Partner with internal teams to manage contracts, payments, and external speakers
Maintain and organize SharePoint & Microsoft Teams workspaces
Support recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding activities
Handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and discretion
Act as a trusted partner and central point of coordination across teams
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar senior admin role
Experience supporting senior or C-suite level executives
Bachelor's degree required (Master's welcome)
Expert in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint
Highly organized, proactive, calm under pressure
Professional, positive, and collaborative mindset
Preferred
Experience with Concur, eBuy, Workday (or similar tools) is a plus
