Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end MEP Infrastructure design and execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Conduct and manage client and vendor meetings, ensuring alignment across all parties
Ensure compliance with EC norms, MOEF guidelines, local CFO requirements, NBC 2016, IS codes, and relevant international standards
Drive sustainable MEP solutions and contribute to cost estimation and budgeting
Review and vet contractor shop drawings and as-built documentation
Oversee site inspections, material submittal approvals, and system commissioning processes
Perform technical due diligence for large land parcels and prepare detailed reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
10–12 years of proven experience in MEP Infrastructure design and site coordination
Minimum 6–8 years of experience with design consultants and 4–5 years in project execution
Strong knowledge of water distribution networks, WTP, STPs, SWD, RWH systems, etc., from concept to GFC stages
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with BIM 360, WaterGEM, and similar tools is a plus
Sound understanding of MEP design standards and installation practices
Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams (architecture, structural, civil, landscape) and external stakeholders
A proactive team player with leadership capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset
