Responsibilities
Full SDLC ownership: design, build, test, deploy
Develop Appian components: SAIL UIs, process models, records, integrations
Build and support REST API and document service integrations
(Entra, Okta, SharePoint, DocuSign, Salesforce)
Design and optimize database objects (MariaDB)
Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 production issues
Ensure Appian best practices, security, and compliance
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Appian Certified Lead Developer – Level 3 (ACD301)
2–7+ years hands-on Appian development
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong Appian architecture, SAIL, records, integrations
SQL (MariaDB)
REST API design and troubleshooting
BPM/workflow automation experience
Git, DevOps, Agile experience
Preferred
Additional Appian certifications
Appian RPA, Selenium, Cucumber
Java, .NET, Python
Financial services or regulated industry experience
