Responsibilities
Provide leadership to drive the successful completion of project business objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned project communications, status updates, and stakeholder engagement
Lead project planning efforts, including scope definition, scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and resource planning
Create, manage, and maintain project artifacts across the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), including:
Business Cases
Statements of Work (SOW)
Project Work Plans and Schedules
Risk and Issue Logs
Meeting Minutes and Status Reports
Testing and Implementation Schedules
Change Logs and Lessons Learned
Facilitate and document project meetings, decisions, and action items
Use leadership and influence to resolve conflicts, manage competing priorities, and drive consensus among stakeholders
Work with resource managers to secure appropriate staffing and resolve resource conflicts
Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and project management methodologies
Monitor project performance using established monitoring and control techniques
Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
Recommend and support process improvement initiatives
Participate in cross-department business discovery sessions and organizational knowledge-sharing activities
Support Agile project environments, including use of Agile frameworks, Azure DevOps (ADO) boards, and Power BI reporting (preferred)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
5–8 years of progressive experience in IT project management or related roles
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously
Strong knowledge of project monitoring and control techniques
Proven ability to manage competing demands with excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) boards and Power BI reporting
