Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and business partners to understand assigned workstreams (Data Remediation, Data & Document Migration, Reporting, Integrations, etc.)
Quickly assess the current on-prem environment and define migration tasks for SaaS
Participate in internal and vendor meetings, providing inputs for assigned workstreams
Understand end-to-end process flows and contribute value across related workstreams
Ensure product features and solutions align with defined business requirements
Develop and execute SQL queries to analyze data and identify issues
Prioritize tasks, identify blockers, escalate risks, and propose creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle

Required

5+ years of hands-on Business Systems Analyst (BSA) experience
Experience working in Agile / Hybrid delivery environments
Strong domain expertise in Banking, Client Onboarding, KYC, and Regulatory Workflows
Deep understanding of workflow rules, dependencies, and onboarding nuances
Strong SQL skills for data analysis, issue identification, and solutioning
Proven ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
