Sr. Supply Chain Analyst – E&F Operational Expenses

Responsibilities

Collaborate effectively across all internal and external partners including Supply Chain Engineering, operations & facility teams and vendors
With support from the Expense Manager, coordinate with internal and site level partners to ensure accurate and timely communication and development of annual OpEx budgets
Execute using repeatable, internal tools & templates to assist with loading, tracking and managing budgets
Work with cross organizational teams to maintain accurate expense data, develop and submit forecast updates and complete budget reporting enhancements
Provide multi-leveled expense performance analysis to SCE partners, leadership and Target Finance teams
Support Asset Owners through vendor service completion tracking and root cause analysis to determine expense variance drivers and areas of opportunity
Maintain, manage and close-out vendor contract expenses in a timely manner
Assist with the management of vendor payment processes including manual invoice payments, automated service and parts purchase orders and electronic invoice submissions

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience
Comfortable understanding, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of data
Financial modeling skills
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to succinctly communicate with and influence senior supply chain leaders
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
Ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively, both within the team and across partner teams
Ability to adjust to changing landscape, systems, and processes and willingness to drive the change when necessary to achieve better outcomes
Team player who brings people together to achieve common goals

Preferred

Experience with Microsoft Excel
Experience with financial budget management
