Help Desk Technician
Madison Regional Health System is seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician to be a part of the Madison Regional Health System mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home. The Help Desk Technician will provide on-site support for IT equipment, business applications, and networks, ensuring timely troubleshooting and user training.

Responsibilities
Provide staff with on-site local support in their use of IT equipment, business applications, and networks
Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading hardware and software
Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion
Providing end user training and assistance where required
Qualification
Required
Minimum Associate's degree in a computer related field
Experience with Windows
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with Wireless Networks
Experience with Virtual environments
Ability to communicate in a professional manner, utilizing either written or oral skills
Excellent customer service
Attention to detail
Great telephone etiquette
Computer knowledge
Ability to multi-task in pressure/stressful situations
