Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Schedule and coordinate service and deliveries
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data security
Support sales team with contracts, scheduling and installations
Identify opportunities for additional sales
Oversee office operations and control expenses
Manage work schedules, billing, and financial reports
Handle credit, collections, and account management
Ensure compliance with company policies
Train and supervise office staff
Maintain staffing levels and performance goals
Manage inventory tracking and reporting
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; business administration experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
5+ years of customer relations experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to pass a drug screening test
