Responsibilities
Conduct reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair
Read and interpret ladder logic to diagnose and resolve issues
Utilize knowledge of drives, servo drives, sensors, variable frequency drives, photo eyes, and 480V motors
Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gearboxes, and PLCs
Connect and use a laptop for PLC troubleshooting, focusing on Mitsubishi PLCs
Handle preventive maintenance tasks as assigned per shift
Possess robotic experience as a plus
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant maintenance role
Ability to read ladder logic and troubleshoot PLCs
Experience with industrial maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Capability to perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks
Preferred
Possess robotic experience as a plus
