Responsibilities
Design, manage, and optimize complex cross-platform job workflows supporting critical business processing across cloud and on-prem systems
Serve as a senior escalation point for production scheduling and automation issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes to prevent repeat incidents
Develop scripts and tooling to streamline operations, reduce manual intervention, and improve workflow efficiency across distributed systems
Use metrics, trend analysis, and system insights to anticipate risks, improve performance, and support capacity planning
Partner with infrastructure, application, and platform teams to improve end-to-end system reliability and operational processes
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Automic / UC4 workload automation is essential
Serve as a senior escalation point for production scheduling and automation issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term fixes to prevent repeat incidents

Strong analytical mindset focused on preventing issues, not just reacting to them
