IT Help Desk Technician
1915 South is a company that owns and operates multiple Ashley stores and distribution centers across the southeast. They are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues while ensuring efficient IT operations and following established IT policies.

Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support to employees experiencing issues with computers, software, hardware, and peripherals
Respond to help desk requests in person, by phone, and remotely in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve common technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior IT staff as needed
Set up, configure, and maintain computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
Monitor basic IT systems and alerts to ensure systems are operating properly and efficiently
Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in the help desk system
Follow established IT policies, procedures, and security guidelines when providing support
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred
Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an IT help desk or technical support role (internships, coursework, and school lab experience count), required
