Responsibilities

Proactively seek out and pitch partnership opportunities that support the overall goals and strategy for each client by reviewing research, taking meetings with new and current vendors / partners, and collaborating with other internal teams and colleagues
Participate in brainstorms and proactively take action to move ideas forward
Execute all partnership marketing campaigns and activations, including planning, negotiating agreements with partners and other stakeholders, vendor and venue relations, and on-site supervision at partnership events and experiences
Oversee sales-related campaigns, including groups, street teams, and key distribution channels, by working with company managers, press teams, and partners to facilitate client participation
Develop agendas for client meetings and prepare meeting materials
Work with the team to keep accurate and detailed records of all marketing campaigns
Coordinate meetings with clients, vendors, and partners and build relationships
Build and manage budgets and billing for each client along with general management, company management, and account management
Oversee smooth and streamlined communications through email and phone with clients, vendors, and partners through compelling storytelling and precise organization
Present in meetings in an articulate, confident, and compelling manner in front of large groups of clients, with partners, and internally

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or relevant field preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or PR-related role
Demonstrated interest or experience in theater and the arts preferred
An interest in theater, entertainment or the performing arts
