Developer Relations Advocate – GenAI & Graph Systems

Mid, Senior LevelFalkorDB is a high-performance graph database powering context-rich GenAI systems. They are seeking a Developer Relations Advocate to help developers improve GenAI context by utilizing FalkorDB in various applications, including RAG pipelines and semantic APIs.

Responsibilities
Advocate for FalkorDB as a core component in GenAI architectures
Build and publish examples using FalkorDB for:
GraphRAG and hybrid retrieval (graph + vectors)
Agentic memory and long-term context
Semantic layers over structured and unstructured data
Code graphs (ASTs, dependencies, call graphs, repo intelligence)
Create technical content: blogs, notebooks, reference architectures, talks, demos, and videos
Engage directly with GenAI developers via GitHub, Discord/Slack, meetups, and conferences
Work closely with engineering to validate new features against real GenAI use cases
Translate developer pain points into product feedback and roadmap insights
Represent FalkorDB in the Bay Area GenAI ecosystem (events, podcasts, panels, workshops)
Qualification
Required
Strong software engineering background with real-world systems experience
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications
Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt orchestration
Comfort working with graphs as context, not just storage
Ability to clearly explain why a GenAI architecture works (or fails)
Excellent technical communication skills: writing, speaking, demos
Experience in DevRel, Developer Advocacy, or a strong engineering background with community engagement
Based in the Bay Area and excited to be visible in the local GenAI community
Preferred
Experience with GraphRAG or hybrid retrieval systems
Built agent frameworks with memory, tools, or planning
Worked with code intelligence, static analysis, or repo-level reasoning
Familiarity with graph query languages or knowledge graphs (Cypher, RDF, etc.)
Open-source contributions or public technical writing
Experience helping ISVs or platform teams adopt AI infrastructure
