Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Project Budgeting
Experience in Project Management, Scheduling, and Coordination
Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
Technical proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
Willingness to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
Previous experience in construction or renovation projects is a plus
