Responsibilities

Track and analyze business performance against targets, benchmarks, and operational goals
Conduct operational and performance analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement solutions
Develop, maintain, and enhance complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards using multiple data sources
Produce and distribute recurring weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports
Pull and integrate raw data from a variety of systems to deliver comprehensive reporting and performance measurement
Collaborate across Operations—from frontline agents to executive leadership—to understand reporting needs and tailor outputs accordingly
Support special projects and ad‑hoc analysis as needed across the organization
Perform additional Business Operations duties as assigned

Required

Strong experience in business performance analysis, operational reporting, and metric development
Advanced expertise in Excel (complex formulas, data modeling, visualization, and reporting)
Advanced expertise in PowerPoint, with the ability to design strategic presentations tailored to specific audiences and objectives
Working knowledge of Tableau and SQL
Familiarity with Salesforce and internal service delivery and care operating systems/tools
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and work independently
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 Years

Preferred

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience
