Building Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining building comfort levels, responding to tenants' needs, and ensuring the security and safety of the building through general maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
Monitors temperature controls and outside weather conditions
Ability to maintain and general repairs of all HVAC equipment
Represents owners when responding to tenants’ needs
Responsible for total security of building
Responsible for all snow and ice removal from outside building area
Performs all general maintenance duties and repair assignments determined by supervisor
Responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces, including walls and trim
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Vocational Degree or equivalent training in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Heating and Plumbing
Proven professional painting experience
Basic computer skills in Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to work any and all shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Reliability is a must
Preferred
3 years of building maintenance or mechanical experience preferred
Boiler Operator's license preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months of hire
