Revenue Operations Manager (US)

They are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to collaborate with sales leaders on forecasting and planning, optimize sales processes, analyze performance, and manage sales compensation, all while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales leaders to develop sales forecasts, quotas, and targets. This includes analysing market trends, historical performance, and pipeline data
Work with sales leaders to define sales territories and ensure the equitable distribution of opportunities among sales reps
Help set individual and team sales goals that are aligned with the overall business objectives
Define and document the sales process to ensure consistency and efficiency. This could involve everything from lead management to the sales funnel
Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies (like CRM systems) to automate workflows, reducing manual tasks for sales reps
Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of sales data within the CRM and other sales-related platforms
Monitor and report on individual, team, and organizational sales performance against set metrics and targets
Regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, deal velocity, pipeline health, and win/loss ratios to identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain sales dashboards to provide leadership and sales teams with actionable insights
Work closely with marketing teams to align lead generation efforts and feedback on campaign effectiveness
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate sales forecasting, revenue reporting, and quota alignment
Provide feedback on product issues from the field and coordinate product training for the sales team
Assist in the design and implementation of sales compensation plans that motivate sales performance while aligning with business goals
Ensure the accurate calculation of commissions and incentives for the sales team
Participate in reviewing and approving deals, ensuring that pricing, discounts, and contract terms are aligned with company policies
Continuously monitor the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks, gaps, or risks that could impact revenue
Ensure that all sales operations comply with company policy and regulations
Qualification
Required
2+ years relevant experience, with solid knowledge of budgeting & forecasting methodologies and systems
Excel modelling and financial reporting
SaaS/recurring revenue business models
High attention to detail; works accurately and quickly and has good organizational skills
Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills
Ability to set and meet deadlines including ability to manage multiple tasks to completion at the same time
Strong project management skills
A strong desire to keep learning new things!
