Responsibilities
Acting as a leader in all phases of application implementation, from build and configuration to testing, go-live support, and ongoing optimization
Leading focus area workgroups, providing oversight for related processes, and facilitating communication between application teams
Working collaboratively with application and compliance teams to design efficient system processes that meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements
Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Epic systems, including Nova releases, User Forum, Galaxy, and other documentation, to ensure the focus area's continuous improvement
Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, staying informed of the latest features and functionalities, and applying this knowledge to enhance system efficiencies
Working closely with application development teams and business process owners to design, develop, and maintain application components within prescribed policies
Evaluating proposed system solutions, developing standards, and designing proactive processes for data collection and reporting
May be required to work outside regular hours, especially during critical outage events or on-call rotations, to ensure system stability and support organizational needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
A minimum of five (5) years of development experience within a corporate environment
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise application and integration design
Experience with systems, databases, operating systems, and information services
Proficiency in programming languages such as JAVA and .NET/C#
Familiarity with middleware, automation tools like RPA and test automation
Experience with web server platforms including Microsoft Internet Information Server, Linux, Apache, and Unix
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead technical teams
Preferred
At least two (2) years in a supervisory or team leadership capacity
Experience with SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
