Responsibilities

Independently design and conduct experiments using A/B testing and related methodologies
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify drivers of customer behavior and performance
Independently analyzes Empower data to identify and summarize customer behavior patterns and sentiment trends
Apply advanced statistical techniques to test hypotheses and measure impact
Develop analytical requirements for segmentation, prioritization, and targeting approaches
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations
Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support business objectives
Contribute to improvements in experimentation practices and tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Master's preferred)
4+ years of experience in analytics, experimentation, or optimization
Strong proficiency in statistical software and programming languages
Experience supporting business decisions with data-driven insights
Ability to work independently on moderately complex problems
Working understanding of the Empower business model, product and service offerings, and customer and prospect needs, and the ability to apply this understanding to support role responsibilities
