Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the NetSuite ERP platform, earning the trust of cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
Foster a culture of accountability, documentation, and continuous system improvement
Partner closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and IT to ensure NetSuite meets evolving business requirements
Own the NetSuite roadmap, ensuring the system scales to support business growth, new channels, and international expansion
Lead NetSuite configuration, customization, and optimization across core modules including Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Warehouse Management and Reporting
Design and improve business processes within NetSuite to drive efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity
Evaluate, implement, and manage NetSuite integrations with third-party systems (e-commerce platforms, WMS, 3PLs, BI tools, etc.)
Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including user roles, permissions, workflows, saved searches, reports, and dashboards
Manage and code any new integrations between NetSuite and other software
Manage Celigo integration and resolve all errors in a timely manner
Lead NetSuite enhancements, upgrades, and release management, including testing, documentation, and user training
Troubleshoot system issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions
Support new product launches, channel expansion, and process changes by ensuring NetSuite readiness and data accuracy
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of experience managing or administering NetSuite in a high-growth organization
Strong hands-on expertise with NetSuite configuration, workflows, saved searches, reporting, and integrations
Has demonstrated hands-on experience writing and maintaining NetSuite code, including SuiteScript (2.x), custom integrations, and automation; ability to debug and refactor legacy implementations
Experience supporting multi-channel businesses (DTC, B2B, wholesale, retail) and inventory-driven operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience integrating NetSuite with e-commerce platforms, including Shopify; experience with iPaaS tools such as Celigo is strongly preferred
Proven ability to scale NetSuite to support company growth from $20M+ to $100M+ in revenue preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Operations, or a related field preferred
NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is a plus
