Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for process stability and capability, driving improvements to maintain world-class operations.

Responsibilities
Own process health for assigned mechanical equipment modules using Statistically Process Control, FMEA, and root cause analysis
Monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and restore stability to meet customer expectations
Lead variation reduction and yield improvement initiatives, collaborating globally with sites in Taiwan and Korea
Support 24/7 operations and provide on-call technical expertise
Drive quality investigations, resolve customer complaints, and implement improvements
Champion safety standards and process hazard management
Partner with technology teams to scale up new products and optimize equipment performance
Coach operators and mechanics on best practices for process capability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
3+ years industry experience (excluding internships)
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
Hands-on leadership with ability to influence and collaborate across teams
Experience with CNC machines and G code
Preferred
Statistical analysis tools (JMP, Minitab), SAP knowledge
Familiarity with CMP technologies or semiconductor industry
