Responsibilities
Manage a large client account and ensure growth in revenue and service adoption
Develop new business opportunities within the account to achieve revenue growth targets
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for client leadership
Liaison with clients to understand business needs and analytics requirements
Ensure overall customer satisfaction and retention
Responsible for overall client relationship management, including escalation handling and stakeholder management
Own P&L management for the account: Revenue growth, Margin management, Resource planning and utilization, Business planning and forecasting
Drive adoption of analytics solutions aligned with client business objectives
Collaborate with analytics delivery teams (onsite/offshore) to ensure project delivery excellence
Oversee analytics solutions, dashboards, and insights that impact client decision-making
Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to identify innovation opportunities
Qualification
Required

Ability to identify growth opportunities and achieve business targets
Strong knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
