Responsibilities

Content Development: Design, write, and review comprehensive course modules, lessons, assessments, and learning activities based on industry best practices and learning objectives
Curriculum Mapping: Collaborate with the instructional design team to ensure alignment between content, learning outcomes, and the overall certificate program structure
Expert Review: Act as the primary technical reviewer for all HR content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and compliance with current professional standards and regulations (e.g., HR Analytics, Workforce Planning Strategy, Employee Retention best practices)
Media Integration: Provide input and guidance on the development of supporting multimedia elements (e.g., videos, interactive exercises, case studies, Power BI examples for HR) to enhance the learning experience
Iteration and Feedback: Incorporate feedback from instructional designers, editors, and pilot learners to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the course materials
Stay Current: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, research, and tools in the Human Resources field, particularly in areas identified in the curriculum (e.g., Workforce Planning, Forecasting, Scenario Planning)

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with significant experience in one or more of the following areas: Strategic Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Talent Management, or Organizational Development
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP)
Deep, verifiable expertise in HR topics, with a strong understanding of practical application in a corporate setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to a professional audience
Prior experience in corporate training, teaching, or authoring professional educational content
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) and experience using data for strategic decision-making in HR
