Bookkeeper/Office Manager

The Rohan Law Group, P.C. is seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Manager who will manage financial transactions and oversee office management responsibilities. The candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping tasks, payroll coordination, and ensuring timely payments, as well as managing various office-related obligations.

Law Practice

Responsibilities

Spearheading bank deposits
Managing several bank accounts
Timely remitting payments for all accounts payable as they come due
Soliciting employee timesheets and tracking personal and vacation days for each employee
Coordinating payroll with outside payroll company inclusive of employer Simple IRA matches
Working closely with outside accountant as may be required including ensuring timely payment of tax obligations
Being proactive when various firm related obligations come due
Shopping alternatives as may be available (i.e., professional liability insurance, fidelity bond, health insurance, etc.)
Being the principal point of contact for domain name renewals
Managing leased firm vehicles
Ordering/placement of all supplies and marketing materials for the firm
Accepting client credit card payment
Handling firm mailings/postage meter
Managing the firm's commercial loans/lines of credit
Managing the firm's corporate credit card

Required

strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
familiarity with standard day-to-day professional responsibilities associated with an office bookkeeper
