Responsibilities
Coordinating brand campaigns from contract signed through to content live
Tracking deliverables, timelines, approvals, gifting, and key campaign dates
Maintaining creator Notion pages and internal trackers
Supporting invoicing and payment tracking alongside Talent Managers
Liaising with creators, brands, and internal team members to keep everything on track
Assisting with decks, proposals, case studies, and internal updates
Flagging issues early and helping resolve operational blockers
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of administrative assistant experience in a related field (i.e. Talent Agency and/or Management, PR, Marketing)
Strong written, verbal, and visual presentation communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all personality types and behaviors; flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume email/workload
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented work style
Ability to work against deadlines
