Customer Service Support

This role involves handling high-volume patient communications and providing education and resources to ensure an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities
Manage high‑volume patient communications across phone, chat, and email
Educate consumers, answer questions, and resolve complaints
Collaborate with field marketing and market development teams
Meet performance metrics and document all interactions accurately
Stay current on product knowledge and support cross‑functional needs
Qualification
Required
Previous 2 years of call center experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfort discussing sensitive medical topics
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and learn quickly
Experience with computers, CRM systems (Salesforce), and data entry
Motivated, focused, and enthusiastic attitude
