Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to both local and remote employees
Support users via walk-up, phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot a wide range of issues within a Microsoft 365 cloud environment
Document incidents in the ticketing system and escalate when needed
Act as the primary onsite technical resource for all desktop-related issues
Train users on hardware, software, and best practices
Create and maintain process documentation during downtime
Qualification
Required
Strong experience resolving Level 1–2 issues in a Microsoft cloud environment
Solid troubleshooting skills, both onsite and remote
Ability to diagnose connectivity and networking issues (DNS, DHCP, IP conflicts)
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and adherence to established processes
Proven initiative in identifying gaps and improving user support
