They are looking for a detail-oriented RMA Technician to perform product manufacturing and assembly tasks, conduct quality checks, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks
Read and interpret technical drawings and working instructions
Use hand and power tools to assemble components, modules, servers, and racks
Conducting quality checks on the functionality of components, modules, servers, and racks
Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Document and report any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
Maintain organization and cleanliness of the assembly workspace ·
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Support some field service activities
Qualification
Required
Have a good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware
Experience in assembling computer systems
Good communication skills, including both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds
Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
Preferred
Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards will be a plus
