QA Analyst II

Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, user stories, and design documentation to ensure that they are clearly defined, complete, and testable
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify new and existing (regression) software functionality
Test the applications via Black Box, Regression, Release, Stress, and Negative testing methods
Contribute both to the definition and the enforcement of quality assurance processes and procedures based on best practice methodology

Required

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience demonstrating proven ability with functional testing, including test case development, execution and defect management
Excellent solving skills to root cause sophisticated issues
Passion for quality with a no line of code written without testing mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience collecting, reviewing, and updating requirements and/or user stories
Experience with SCRUM and other Agile development practices
Ability to support and drive defect management
Highly flexible to quickly changing business needs and adoption of new technologies
Ability to create and maintain documentation, procedures, and work instructions for development or operations teams
Ability to work independently and deliver on agreed upon timelines
