Responsibilities

Content Development: Design and write comprehensive, engaging, and instructionally sound course modules (e.g., 1-2 hour modules) based on provided learning objectives and curriculum outlines
Expert Review: Review and validate existing course materials for technical accuracy, relevance, and industry best practices
Curriculum Mapping: Ensure that content aligns directly with specific industry skills, standards, and job roles
Practical Application: Integrate real-world case studies, hands-on exercises, labs, and practical examples to maximize learner retention and skill application
Assessment Creation: Develop valid and reliable assessment questions (quizzes, final exams, practical challenges) that measure the achievement of learning outcomes
Collaboration: Work closely with our instructional design and editorial teams to refine content for clarity, tone, and pedagogical effectiveness
Stay Current: Incorporate the latest trends, threats, technologies, and regulatory changes in the field of cybersecurity

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on, professional experience in a specialized cybersecurity domain (e.g., Security Architecture, Threat Detection & Response, DevSecOps, GRC, Cloud Security, or AI Security/Governance)
Proven subject matter expertise in one or more of the specific skill areas covered in our programs (e.g., Zero Trust Architecture, Risk Management, SIEM, Incident Response, Data Privacy, or AI Governance)
Possession of relevant, advanced industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSSLP, CCSP, OSCP, or specialized vendor certifications)
Excellent written communication and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible educational content
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or developing educational content for a professional audience
